How the build is set up for search and AI assistants
Every page is rendered on the server, so Google, Bing and AI crawlers read the full content without running JavaScript. We add page titles and descriptions, structured data for your business and services, a sitemap, and an llms.txt summary that AI assistants can read.
We also connect Google Analytics and Search Console during launch so you can see where visitors come from from day one.
Technology
We default to Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS because it gives fast pages, good SEO and a large hiring pool if you ever bring development in-house. For the back end we use Node.js or Python with PostgreSQL, and we deploy with Docker on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or our private Kubernetes cluster.
Timeline and ownership
Simple sites go live in a few weeks. Larger web applications usually take 8 to 12 weeks. The code and domain are yours, hosting can run on our managed cluster or your own cloud account, and we stay on for support, monitoring and changes after launch.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost with Cassnetic Tech?
For Malaysian businesses, published prices are RM2,500 for a one-page site, RM5,000 for up to five pages with a content login, and from RM10,000 for custom builds such as online stores, AI assistants, booking tools or dashboards. Clients outside Malaysia are quoted in US dollars, usually from US$1,000. Every quote is fixed before work starts.
Do you only work with businesses in Malaysia?
No. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and work remotely with clients in other countries. Meetings run over video calls and WhatsApp, and invoices can be issued in the currency agreed for the project.
Which framework do you use?
Mostly Next.js with React and TypeScript. It renders pages on the server, which is good for speed, Google rankings and AI search visibility.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes, on the Grow plan and above you get a private login to change page text, photos and contact details. The layout stays as designed so the site keeps looking right.
